Silkworm Cytochrome P450s

There are two silkworm genome projects, one in China and one in Japan, that involves several countries. The Japanese project has deposited sequence in the WGS section of Genbank. The Chinese project has submitted sequence to me for advice in assembly and nomenclature, but their sequences are not public yet. I have searched the Genbank silkworm data for P450s and I have listed accession numbers cross-referenced to the Chinese contig names and the most similar named P450s from other insects. I have assembled a set of sequences, including 40 intact P450s, but these are a mixture of both projects so I cannot display these. I am preparing a set of just public sequences, but this is still in progress.

I have updated the silkworm P450s as of Dec. 12, 2009.
