|Two new sequence alignments of the I-helix to the end half of the proteins are posted. The first alignment covers 73 sequences (mainly insect sequences) in a 4 family alignment. The second alignment has 79 sequences (mainly 6, 9, 12, 28 families) with many new Drosophila sequences included in both alignments. See second alignment. These… Read More
